Our Cocopeat, also known as Coirpith, Coir fibre pith, Coir dust is made from Coconut Husk. After Removing the Coconut , the Outer Shell Husk is Treated and Processed for extraction of fibre and the By product is COCOPEAT.
We collect the COCOPEAT, Wash, Process, SOLAR DRY, Filter and Compress it in different shapes (mainly in 5 kilo bales & as Grow bags with customized dimensions)
Our Factory is situated in Natham, Tamilnadu and in the midst of Coconut Estates and Coconut Fibre Industry Belts. We are very close to the port of Tuticorin as well so both giving us good advantage for cost & logistics.
We make Both Low Ec & High Ec (Electrical Conductivity) cocopeat and our pith expands around 15 litres by volume with one kilo of pith. The pH of our cocopeat is between 5.5 to 6.5 and its very suitable for all major plants. Our Compressed bales and slabs will have a Moisture level of around 15 to 20%.
Advantanges of our Cocopeat:
 It's a substitute for Peat as it is sustain ably produced without the environmental damage caused by peat mining.
It can be mixed with Sand, Compost and fertilizer to make good quality potting soil.
It is a good absorbent and with Characteristic Water Holding capacity. Very good for Plants & Growing .
It has great oxygenation properties which is important for healthy root developments.
It is re usable.
